There was a bug in the Achiever addon that caused issues with loading achievement data after a UI reload.
I fixed the issue and uploaded the corrected version here:

1. First of all, you must create an account. The account is used to log into both the game and our website.
2. Download the file. You can download it from here: Mirror 1 | Mirror 2
3. Extract the file, the password for extraction: dsreloaded.com
4. Open Wow.exe and that's it!
